2005–2006 UCI Africa Tour

The 2005–2006 UCI Africa Tour was the second season of the UCI Africa Tour of professional road bicycle racing held in various countries throughout Africa. The season began 26 October 2005 with the inaugural Tour du Faso in Burkina Faso.

The points leader, based on the cumulative results of previous races, wears the UCI Africa Tour cycling jersey. Tiaan Kannemeyer from South Africa was the defending 2004–2005 UCI Africa Tour champion.
